Only a couple days, we only need to assess your property and prepare your property listing.

The day after a guest arrives at your property you will get paid for the reservation on Airbnb. Other platforms differ so we can discuss this whilst getting your property onboard.

TThe monthly performance reports will outline everything regarding how your property performed throughout the previous month. But for complete transparency you can contact us any time and we will provide access to all the information regarding your listing.

Yes! We have no hidden fees or long-term contracts. If you find short-letting is not for you then we will cancel our service, although we will be sad to see you go.
